Our Policies
PAYMENTS:
We except three types of payments; COD, Visa/MC/Amex or Open account. Opening an account takes approximately 3-7 business days for approval and credit limit authorization. You will be contacted upon approval and able to use purchase orders online.

SHIPPING:
We currently ship small parcels via UPS and larger shipment via motor freight carries. We work on supplying our customers with the lowest possible rates we can find, what ever the shipment may be.
RETURNS:
Returns will only be accepted with approval first, within 30 days of shipment. If you have a product that you would like to return, please send an email to returns@oxfordcaster.com with the following information: your name, company name, address, and phone number, your reason for the return, weather you would like a credit or a replacement, and your order number. Upon receipt we will then send an email explaining how to ship the item(s) back, once we receive the item(s) we will them issue a credit or replacement shipment.
